ENROLLED VETERANS: Enrolled Veterans can schedule their vaccination appointment by calling 612.467.1301 weekdays between 7:30 am and 4:00 pm, or they can walk-in Monday-Saturday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.

NON-ENROLLED VETERANS and other qualified beneficiaries: Non-enrolled Veterans, Veteran spouses, Veteran caregivers, and ChampVA beneficiaries need to complete this sign-up form Sign up to get a COVID-19 vaccine at VA | Veterans Affairs .
