Believet: Transforming Veterans’ Lives Through Service Dogs

Join us for an inspiring presentation by Sam Daly, Founder of Believet Canine Service Partners, a Minnesota-based nonprofit dedicated to empowering disabled veterans through life-changing service dog partnerships.

Veterans facing challenges such as PTSD, traumatic brain injuries, mobility limitations, and other service-related disabilities often struggle to find effective long-term support. Believet addresses these challenges by pairing veterans with highly trained service dogs that help restore independence, confidence, and quality of life.

Sam Daly is the Founder of Believet Canine Service Partners, an Assistance Dogs International-accredited nonprofit based in Northfield, Minnesota. A former United States Marine Corps military working dog trainer, Sam has spent more than a decade helping veterans build lasting partnerships with highly trained service dogs. Under his leadership, Believet has served more than 80 veterans and their families at no cost, creating durable partnerships that help veterans and families move forward together.

During this presentation, Sam will share the story behind Believet, the organization’s mission, and the process of developing successful veteran-service dog teams. Attendees will gain insight into the specialized training service dogs receive and the ongoing support provided to veterans and their families throughout the partnership.
